Professors Dr. Giuseppe Pintaude and Dr. Felipe Kessler from INCT-TRIB participated in the 21st SAE Brazil Mobility Forum, which took place in Curitiba on August 7th and 8th at the FIEP (Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná) event center located at Av. Com. Franco, 1341 - Jardim Botânico, Curitiba - PR, 80215-090.
The event was organized by SAE Brazil, the national branch of the organization that conducts studies on automotive engineering and brings together engineers from the automotive industry and car manufacturing industries.
During the event, there were 11 panels with professionals and researchers from the most diverse areas discussing and presenting technological solutions that can improve urban mobility amid the energy transition to clean and sustainable fuels.
The 5th panel, which took place on August 7th, entitled: DECARBONIZATION AND FUELS, was moderated by Prof. Giuseppe Pintaude, who is Head of Department at UTFPR and a permanent member of the INCT-TRIB steering committee. In the same panel, another permanent member of INCT-TRIB, Prof. Felipe Kessler, Director of the School of Chemistry and Food at FURG, presented the various areas and research being carried out by the group. The panel was completed by professionals Felipe Said, Sustainability Specialist - ARCELLOR MITTAL BRASIL, Julio Cesar Laurentino, Chemist - Vibra Energia S.A and Nicole Hoff, Materials Engineer - Fluids - Renault do Brasil.
